토렌트 최신버전은 괜히 광고에 잡다한 기능이 덕지덕지 붙어서 짜증나는데
구버전인 2.0.4가 평이 좋고 가볍길래 사용중입니다.
설치시 한글 언어팩 기본으로 깔리지만 매칭이 잘 안되기때문에
첨부한 zip파일안에 utorrent.lng파일을 설치된 폴더에 덮어쓰기해주세여
언어파일 위치는
C:\Users\사용자계정\AppData\Roaming\uTorrent

taskkill /f /im explorer.exe
attrib %userprofile%\appdata\local\iconcache.db -s -r -h
del /q %userprofile%\appdata\local\iconcache.db
start explorer.exe
exit
iconcache 리셋

관리자 명령프롬프트에서
bcdedit /set disabledynamictick yes
// msdn 설명
disabledynamictick [ yes | no ]
Enables and disables dynamic timer tick feature. The option is available starting with Windows 8 and Windows Server 2012.
Note This option should only be used for debugging.
지금도 프리징현상이 있는지는 모르겠지만 일단 설정
